Facilitating change by providing quality, impactful interventions through collaboration across boundaries in order to improve the lives of all South African children and subsequently, impact the economy.

Headwise has set specific goals and objectives that will position it as a service provider of choice in South Africa. The goals are listed below:
I. To restore Human Dignity through its innovative approaches to the socio-economic and educational challenges faced in South Africa;
II. To be focused and proactive in the delivery of quality skills development so that projects grow exponentially and remain sustainable in the long term;
III. To secure co-funding into the G.A.P. community education system – a subsidised schooling system for differently-abled (intellectually, emotionally and physically-impaired Learners) and to create jobs within the community schooling environment for unemployed members of the immediate community;
IV. To ensure consistent empowerment and employment of our youth and unemployed citizens through enterprise opportunities offered within the creation and development of The GAP Community College Campuses (Vertical Farming / Tunnel Agriculture / Hydraponics / Social Coding and AI Opportunities / Capacitating Leaders / Enterprising Small Business and Incubating them to Market Level) in order to move the country forwards in eradicating the legacy of poverty, inequality and unemployment;
V. To create wealth and reduce poverty in South Africa through human capital development.
VI. To promote job creation throughout the value chain and most especially within the GAP community schooling system;
VII. To be a leader in providing excellent customer service & providing innovative solutions.
